Insurance and Payment
Branch lactation is in network for Cigna patients through Wildflower
At this time, all other insurance plans are out of network and patients will be billed as self pay. Branch lactation can provide a Superbill at request after visits for patients to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
All home visits will be charged a trip fee starting at $30 for the first 25 miles from Fulshear, Tx. Additional mileage will be charged at 70 cents per mile.
Card must be on file prior to Appointment. Payment can be made via credit card on milk notes, Zelle, or Venmo.

Initial Consultation - $175
Comprehensive, in-home feeding support tailored to you and your baby.
In an initial visit you can expect: a history review, physical assessment, full feeding assessment including a weighted feed, latch, transfer, and positioning support. we will address pain, supply concerns, or weight gain and create a personalized care plan with clear next steps
1.5-2 hours
Follow up - $150
Ongoing lactation support as you and your baby grow. We will reassess feeding and progress, refine your plan as needed, support supply, comfort, and efficiency, and address new questions or challenges.
1 - 1.5 hours
back to work Consultation - $150
A realistic plan for balancing work and feeding. We will create a personalized pumping schedule, reccomend pump settings size for flange fits, and review milk storage guidelines.
My goal is to ensure you are maintaining supply and your baby is well fed while yall are separated.

virtual care - $100
Virtual lactation visits offer personalized feeding support from the comfort of your home, regardless of location. Whether you need help with latch, pumping, bottle feeding, supply concerns, returning to work, or general breastfeeding guidance, virtual care provides convenient, one-on-one support tailored to your family’s needs. Ideal for prenatal education, follow-ups, or families outside the local service area.

The Total package - $550
Plan to be supported
Lactation support that begins before birth and continues through the early postpartum weeks.
This package includes one prenatal consultation, one initial postpartum visit (4–8 days after birth), and two follow-up visits for continued personalized lactation support. You’ll also receive text support for up to 8 weeks postpartum, (messages answered by the end of each business day) so you can feel supported, encouraged, and confident every step of the way.
